Prices, taxes and shipping costs

All prices in our shop are displayed in Euros. Depending on the payment system the billing can be made in a different currency, e.g. US-Dollar. In this case the total is converted at the daily rate.

For customers from Germany and EU residents without EU Vat ID the product prices include VAT (19%). EU customers with EU Vat ID (e.g. GB123456789) and residents outside the EU can shop exclusive of VAT.

As all products are offered as downloads in this shop, there are no shipping costs.

Payment

You can select one of the following payment methods, which are offered during the checkout process. Other payment methods like cash on delivery or invoice are excluded.

PayPal
After completing the checkout process the customer is redirected automatically to the official PayPal website, where the payment can be made.

Bank transfer
The customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail, which includes our bank account.

Shipping

All our products can only be obtained as downloads.

After successful payment - in case of PayPal immediately, in case of bank transfer after the receipt of your payment - an e-mail containing an individual download link will be sent to you. Tthe maximum number of downloads is 3. The files can be downloaded until 5 days after the first download.

If you encounter a problem with one of our products, please contact us first in order to find a solution. If the extension still doesn't meet your needs, we'll refund the money within the first 30 days.
