With the introduction of custom fields standard Joomla! contact forms can be enhanced by various fields.

What we were missing though was the option to add a checkbox including a link.

Therefore we developped a special custom field plug-in for this purpose. You can enter the text for the checkbox, select a link to a menu item and specify the part of the text that is to be linked.
